Service Description

Our landlord services are designed to ensure you meet your legal obligations quickly, cheaply, and with as little fuss as possible. We only use gas and heating engineers who are on the Gas Safe register, so you can be sure your property is in the best hands. Please be aware, we can't guarantee your certificate to be Pass. There is a legal obligation for appliances to be safe for occupants, therefore if those obligations aren't met This Service Includes: Gas meter and pipework check Boiler, Gas hob and gas Fire check If you have more appliances they will be charged by the addition of 35£+Vat per Appliance

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to the visit and we will reschedule it.
